1. SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the website and all purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. PRODUCTS

Original artworks and limited edition prints are sold through this website. All items are subject to availability and may be modified or removed at any time.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Euros (€).

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Cards
- PayPal
- iDeal

4. SHIPPING

Netherlands (Domestic)

Free shipping on all domestic orders.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Includes tracking and shipping notifications.

International

€20 flat rate for prints.
€50 flat rate for original artworks.
Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days.
Includes tracking and shipping notifications.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival.

To report an issue:

Email info@akiboji.com within 7 days of delivery
Include order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description

Eligible cases may be refunded or replaced.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Akiboji.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled at my discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud or stock errors. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays caused by shipping providers, or misuse of the artwork after delivery.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in the Netherlands.

10. UPDATES

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
